CEA Wisconsin's Creativity Contest produces an annual of creative works including writing and artwork from those currently incarcerated in Wisconsin. Please read and support the ability of those incarcerated to express themselves in a creative, constructive way. If you know a writer or artist who might want to participate, please encourage them to submit their work.
