Della earned her bachelor’s degree in mathematics at Mount Union College and obtained her master’s degree from Ashland University. Della began her career in correctional education as a math teacher with the Ohio Department of Youth Services. She currently teaches GED for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction at Mansfield Correctional Institution. Della also taught in both public and private school systems prior to her career in correctional education and also worked in the public sector for almost 16 years before obtaining her college degrees. Della has been a presenter and facilitator at the state, regional, and national levels. She has previously held the positions of Vice-President and President of CEA-Ohio and is currently the Director of Region III.

Lynnmarie Fye is the CEA Region III Assistant Director and teaches Visual Communications at Hope Valley School, Richland Correctional Institution in Mansfield, Ohio. Prior to her teaching profession, her career endeavors include variety of work experiences in the advertising industry as an illustrator and graphic designer. She grew up in California but calls Ohio her home. Lynnmarie graduated from Art Institute of Pittsburgh and received a Visual Communications Degree in Specialized Technology in 1984. She completed her Career Technical Education Licensure at the Ohio State University in 2006. She has work on CEA’s National Newsletter, for both CEA National and Ohio Teacher of the Year Programs and has been CEA Ohio’s Career Technical Showcase Chairman.

Raphael "Ray" Schlesinger taught for over 20 years in Wisconsin's prisons. He holds degrees from Bucknell University and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has presented math and science workshops to adult educators, and he has been published in the Journal of Correctional Education. He has been a member of CEA since 1995.

Matthew Denman joined the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections in 2013. He teaches GED at the Toledo Correctional Institution. As an educator Matthew is focused on student success and teacher development. He currently serves as the Region III Secretary and on the CEA-Ohio Conference Committee where he chairs the Special Events and Workshops committee for the Ohio conference and serves on various other subcommittees. Matthew has presented numerous hands on and teacher focused presentations for State, Regional, and National CEA conferences. His presentations feature practical solutions for corrections teachers to implement in their classrooms to increase student success.
